Inspired by whisky maker Sarah Burgess’ memories of family Hogmanay celebrations on Speyside, this sweet, velvety whisky combines evocative seasonal flavours of Scottish shortbread, dried oranges and spice. Palate: Soft velvety sweetness reminiscent of shortbread with a rich mouth coating, vanilla sweetness, with lightly toasted marshmallow, dried oranges, fig and cinnamon. We carefully assess each bottle and customise our approach according to needs - different cushioning, different wrapping and different boxes are all used to protect a fragile bottle but also any gift packaging. A whiskey that with its notes of shortcrust pastry, dried orange and spices pays homage to the Scottish sweets eaten on New Year's Eve.
