The Toupret Fibacryl filler should be applied by either filling knife or blade and should only be overcoated once completely dry.No it won't work, as you've said, you cannot sand fibacryl, you'll end up peeling it all off the surface, it's awful stuff to use unless you fill below the surface with it.
