The Remix hoverboard can take up to 4 hours to reach full charge. Prior to your first ride, plug it in for a good charging session. Your hoverboard will give you signs—spinning or beeping, for example—whenever it needs another recalibration.

The responsibility of manufacturer shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at its sole discretion.Never recalibrate your hoverboard while standing on it or when it is attached to the kart. A recalibration should always happen without any added weight on the hoverboard. Remarks: Hover-1 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, modify and amend this warranty policy at any time. The warranty will be performed in such a way that we shall decide whether to repair the defective parts or to replace them with working parts. Hover-1 reserves the right to exchange the product for a replacement product of equal or greater value if the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or at a reasonable cost. Products and/or parts that have been replaced or exchanged become property of Hover-1. When the indicator light on the charger changes from a blinking green to a solid green illumination, charging is complete.

Grab the nose cap and bag with 4 small screws (labeled “C1”) from your hardware supply. Set 1 screw aside with your other spare hardware; you’ll only need 3 here. Warranties that have been activated do not cause the warranty period to be extended, nor do they trigger a new warranty period. Exposure to water, moisture, mud, dirt or debris, voids the warranty. The warranty does not cover over-charging, or damages due to improperly maintaining lithium-ion battery installed in unit. The warranty does not cover tires, charge ports and other parts, which are considered consumables, parts that break easily such as glass or plastic or defects based on normal wear and tear. There is no warranty obligation in the event of marginal differences compared to the target appearance and workmanship provided these have a negligible effect on the product’s fitness for use, in the event of damage caused by chemical or electrochemical effects, by water, moisture, debris or generally from abnormal conditions. Smooth Ride: The replacement wheel's smooth tread pattern and precision bearings offer a comfortable and enjoyable riding experience on various terrains.The manufacturer will not take any responsibility if the failure of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly. The warranty is not applicable if the product has been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification or repair by unauthorized third party. Items not including hoverboards, hoverkarts, and electric scooters will be shipped using the EVRI delivery service. Prior to riding your hoverboard ( on its own or with the kart attached), make sure the internal balance mechanisms are in line. You can do this by recalibrating your hoverboard—basically giving those balance mechanisms a reset.
