This is combined with two elastic resistance bands, a pair of workout handles, two padded wrist/ankle straps, a door anchor, and a collapsible workout bar that unscrews to half the size for easy storage and transportation. The INNSTAR's numerous components add to its versatility (like a bar and unique bench press band), but you're forced to purchase a whole new set if you want to change the amount of resistance in your bands. The included bands are about 30 in long and some users reported they wished they were a little longer. These handles can attach directly to the platform to anchor your feet to the ground for sit-ups or rowing exercises. Like the BodyBoss, you can change the amount and angle of resistance, but the clips are on the bottom of the base. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. It offers more exercise variety than most standard home gyms, with the exception of the Total Gyms and some of the Bowflex’s (neither of which is portable by the way). It also has padded grips so you can treat it as you would a barbell, using it for really any exercise you would do with a barbell.
