While we were able to use the monitor successfully on several variations of USB-C, including Thunderbolt 3, the small port isn't yet ubiquitous, and it won't work with USB-C-to-USB-3. I was, also, using one cable connecting USB "normal" to USB-C, with no sucess (in this last option, I used a cable for cell-phone connection, I don't know if I need another cable with same terminals but with different specification). You should check to ensure that the resolution of your graphics card aligns with the resolution of your monitor or if you can change the settings of one. The graphics card update could impact resolution as well, so don’t be surprised if you have to update your graphics card and then go back and change the resolution again.
