Description

If any clause or part of a clause in these Terms is held by any Court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such clause or part shall be severed and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. This helps ensure complete confidence and peace of mind knowing that your aircraft will perform reliably in between scheduled overhauls. We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. our only obligation will be (to be determined at your option and subject always to your statutory rights): 9. AeroShell Oils 65, 80, 100 and 120 are produced to meet fully the SAE specification J-1966 (Grades SAE 30, 40, 50 and 60 respectively).

This clause 6 does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights. Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). If the Product you receive is materially different from the Product details specified you shall be entitled to reject it without penalty. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import or export of the Products you purchase. Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. AeroShell Oils 65, 80, 100 and 120 are straight mineral oils blended from selected high viscosity index base oils.

The specially blended High Viscosity Index base oils in AeroShell Oil 65, 80, 100 and 120 have been designed to provide effective protection to engine components compared to conventional mineral oils.Nothing in these Terms will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents. We offer a full exchange or a full refund within 7 days upon receipt in the original packaging and in an unused condition. These oils do not contain any additives except for very small amounts of pour point depressant (which aids to improve fluidity at very low temperatures) and an anti-oxidant.

AeroShell Oil 65, 80, 100 and 120 are unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when properly used in the recommended application, and good standards of industrial and personal hygiene are maintained. High Viscosity Index Base Oils used in AeroShell oils maintain their viscosity and protect engine components more effectively under the high shear stresses that an engine places on lubricants. If you are a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) the content of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

The blending plants employed to manufacture these oils also hold the approval of the specification authorities and this ensures that the high-quality standard is always maintained. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any statutory obligation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading. Since AeroShell Oils 65, 80, 100 and 120 are fully approved to SAE J-1966 and are listed on the relevant Qualified Products List (QPL), elaborate precautions are not needed when changing from similarly approved aircraft engine oils, as long as these oils are qualified products. Oil Seals or Rotary Shaft Seals are designed to provide a barrier to retain lubricant and to keep out contamination.

AeroShell Oils 65, 80, 100 and 120 are approved for all aviation piston engines of civil aircraft when the use of an oil not containing a dispersant additive is required; however, they should also be used during the break-in of a new aviation piston engine or those recently overhauled. It’s the rare companies like this that help me keep my old Fiat on the road so I will happily continue to support them.To avoid any misunderstandings, please take a moment to read these Terms, which govern the contract between us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Products offered for sale by us. Approved for all reciprocating engines of civil aircraft used for running-in operations or older generation engines requiring non-additive type engine oils (refer to manufacturers recommendations).
