I needed a pram to fit in my fiat 500, as you can remove the wheels easily this was possible, great pram!!!

A popular pram that can have a car seat attached is the Orb from Mothercare, but what car seat fits Mothercare Orb? In this blog we'll help you to find a compatible car seat for the Orb and share some handy buying tips for car seats. What car seat fits Mothercare Orb? I've had this pram about 3 years, got it when I had my first child and still use it now for my second. Love it, still in fantastic condition, the colour is lovely I have it in grey. I used it as a pram up until child was too big then I was able to change it to a pushchair. I'll be sad when he outgrows it as I've loved using this. Aside from compatibility with your pram if you want it, there are lots of important factors to consider when shopping for a new car seat. First is safety. All car seats used in the UK must conform to the United Nations ECE regulation R44 standard, or the i-size regulation R129 standard. There should be an 'E' label on the car seat which is proof that it meets appropriate regulations.Overall absolutely delighted with this pushchair, it’s smart, lovely to push even on rough terrain nice handle as well! The only down falls are the basket underneath isn’t huge and the pram doesn’t fold down that small but it’s manageable. We love it Read more The ability to swivel between parent and world facing is really handy, especially when little one falls asleep in world facing. The hood in pram and seat mode provides excellent protection from the elements. The cosy toes is one of the best I’ve used, it’s super snuggly and comfy and unlike others, it’s really easy to undo when you get home without waking a sleeping baby! It’s generally a very good pram for a small baby! The steering is not the easiest, I guess it's because of the wider base of the pram. The easy flip-flop-friendly brake is a big plus from my side. I also like that the rain cover is included. The Mothercare 'Orb Pram' in Liquorice is the complete pram and pushchair system that grows with your baby.

We are a family run business since 2012 that aims to provide customers with excellent quality products at highly competitive prices; through a safe, hassle free, reliable, efficient and value for money service. I received this as a temp whilst my pram was in for repare and it was horrible, so difficult to steer and manover around corners or onto pavements and i walk alot with my dog.Overall we love this pushchair! It looks very stylish and pushes like a dream. The large wheels and suspension means my little boy gets a lovely smooth ride. Also love that the seat converts into the carrycot which makes storage easier and less bulky. Top tip, we put a moses basket mattress in the carrycot (with a sheet on) for extra comfort. It also meant I could clean the cover easier and regularly. Also I wasn't overly keen that you could see the strap holes.

The basket to me is on the smaller side, and it is not easy to put anything but small items inside. So I would maybe change that if I could. Luxury quilted pram liner provides more warmth and can be converted to become a seat liner and is machine washable Handle bar could do with a lower setting but overall its a great pram love the fact you can turn it front facing or towards you just by using the handle bar and not having too unclip the whole insert, Really easy to push around and i have a red one love how vibrant it is! Overall 8/10 Read more I can see how this pram is a value for money - I mean, it is reasonably light and looks great. The fold is too bulky for my taste, and the basket - well, not good at all. I also tried out other prams to find out that the steering in this one is not the best, and we had to have the brake repaired after a few months.

This is my second orb as my first one broke, mothercare was good as they replace the frame, I do use my prams a lot. I decided to get another one for my second child as they are easy to put up and down easy to clean look nice fit in most car boots. No need to store carrycot as this turns into the stroller can put the car seat on to the frame, very good rain cover child can be facing you or looking forward in the stroller and it is so easy to turn them round. Would recommend this pram. Read more A pram that is built to last. On 2nd child and not a fault. Love being able to turn it forward or rear facing while child is in it and it's so easy to do. Swizzle half way round too so can pull pram up to tables easily too. Read more

I am happy with this pram, the ability to change seat direction so easily is great. However I find the basket small and awkward to get too, and I also find that the front wheels often have a mind of their own which can make it awkward steering occasionally. Read more There is no universal sizing systems used to manufacture pushchairs and car seats. Every brand, and even every model from every brand, has unique dimensions. This means that you can't assume any car seat will fit your pram. I love this pram, we have had it over a year now, i love the fact you can go from travel cot to pram in sted of lots of bits and pieces,my little one is 13 months old and she still fits in the pram perfectly I would be using it for my baby due in October but have opted for a double pram or I would have been stull using this then Read more Hey, Mothercare Orb enthusiasts If you'll be regularly hopping in and out of the car with your little one a car seat that attaches to your pram can be really handy. Rather than having to lift baby out of the car seat and into the pram, you simply remove the entire car seat and attach it to the pram chassis. You don't have to fiddle with clips or remove any blankets that are keeping baby warm. Plus, if baby's asleep there's less risk of waking them if you don't have to lift them out of their cosy seat. What features should I look for when choosing a car seat? Mothercare tell us because its 9 months old they won't replace and we've got to send it for repair. Apparently, this is what the law says too but you'd have thought they'd be a bit more flexible. We had numerous problems with it that had to be repaired. Also, my little princess grew out of it around one year of age.
