for a 30ml bottle, though, I bought it and have been using it to freshen my clothes, linens, and car. That said, it's worth noting that if you layer Jimmy Choo Man Ice over Escentric 01, you get something remarkably close to, but just slightly better than, this - so if you have both of those, Hugo Reversed is kind of redundant. For me, this Hugo reversed is an amalgamation of several different fragrances I've smelled in the past.

There's an excellent recent release from Azzaro which reminds me a lot of this one Azzaro pour homme Cologne Intense, very similar though I haven't tried them side by side, the Azzaro seems stronger though. I can definitely see the appeal, but to me it's difficult to get over the harshness (without a better word to describe) that genuinely makes my head hurt. they start with a grapefruit that looks a little artificial and is more soft than citric, but very refreshing.Hugo Reversed by Hugo Boss is a perfect balance of classic and modern, ideal for the adventurous man who knows what he wants and how to get it. but when its on the skin, while the scent is really good, its performance is slightly less impressive.

The heart notes, composed of papyrus and vetiver, add a sophisticated and earthy dimension, lending an air of modernity. It won't offend anyone, but surely is not going to cut it for the colder months, even with the sweetness it brings to the citrus here. For the first hour, Dylan Blue was my favourite, but as the hours passed, Reversed started winning me over. However because of its synthetic nuances and sweetness I’d pass over this and take something like Missoni Wave/Pour Homme or Chrome extreme. This isn’t one of those fragrances like Club de Nuit Intense where it’s almost one to one to what it’s trying to be.It can be considered a casual fragrance, but I wear it for work, as it comes off subtle, crisp, and clean when paired with a shirt and tie. My husband wasnt sure at first when he used it but then he said it started to grow on him the more it adjusted to his skin. Some fragrances are too heavy-handed with being aquatic, so I can really see why someone would like this.
