I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a 100% muggle ready meal that’s gluten-free. Until now! And it’s a proper awesome one at that. Garam Masala: I love this amazing garam masala spice blend, which gives this dish an incredible depth of flavor! First mix the ingredients for the spice mix together in a small bowl and set to one side. Take a large, high-sided pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Heat on a low heat. If you are cooking the rice yourself, I find it's best to make a few hours before so that it can cool down and dry out a bit. Did I mention it only takes 15 minutes to cook?! And that’s not why it’s one of the most popular gluten free Chinese takeaway recipes on the blog… it tastes out of this world to boot!

It's really versatile and a great dish for those evenings when time is tight. Gluten free Chinese food These remind me of being a kid, so I’m so glad we can still eat these. I never seemed to have the right letters to be able to spell my own name ? However, this gluten free Chinese curry recipe uses gluten free tamari soy sauce, which is widely available in supermarket free from aisles. To me, this tastes just as good! Hopefully you'll have plenty of these in your cupboard already, but if not once you have them, you can make this over and over again! However, the good news is that there are some things folks with gluten intolerances can do and things to be aware of to make it not a total disaster. You can also pair it with something like my gluten free Singapore rice recipe if you want to create a real feast. There is nothing authentic about this Chinese curry sauce. Britain might have a proud maritime history, with a melting pot of food cultures incorporating all sorts of dishes from East and West, but sometimes they are adapted into something unrecognizably different from the original. This is one example; there is nothing Chinese or Indian about it. Doesn’t mean it’s not good, though. Chinese five spice (optional): Whilst not mandatory, this adds an extra depth of flavour to the dish which I know you’ll love! It’s only optional in case you don’t have it in your cupboards and you really want to make this! Without cleaning out the pan, add 1 tbsp rapeseed oil and return to a low-to-medium heat. Add the onion and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until it softens.

It’s quite rare that a variation of chocolate spread is gluten-free, so enjoy this beauty while you can! Crunchy Peanut Butter - Make sure you're using a good peanut butter, not a cheap one with added sugars. I prefer crunchy for texture but you can use smooth if you prefer or that's all you have. Crispy on the outside, with lovely, crunching, steaming-hot veg in the middle ? Just dip in sweet chilli sauce and enjoy! I really hope you love this recipe as much as I do! Please do let me know if you give it a go as I love to see your creations! To me it tastes the same but it means I don't have to miss out on making all of my favourite dishes.
