Follow with massaging the conditioner through the mid-lengths to ends of hair, rinse after 3-5 minutes. Bring back the strength and volume to your hair with acacia honey, wheat protein and vitamin E enriched shampoo. My only two gripes is that I found the smell quite overpowering and the conditioner is so thick that it would be more helpful to be in a pump dispenser.I was a little disappointed that this conditioner came in such a small size compared to the shampoo (50ml smaller).

Both products are smooth, creamy and smell so nice, I felt that I was really pampering my hair even though I only washed it in the normal way.
