We worked with Barry on an extension we are currently completing. FK1 Design are reliable and hands on from start to finish. First class would definitely recommend. Barry was recommend to us by our structural engineer. His words were “He is very good, very reliable and very reasonably priced”. He was not wrong! The principal bedroom is positioned to the rear of the property, this spacious room is tastefully decorated with white walls complemented with a navy feature wall, carpeted for optimal comfort, and is supplemented by generous built-in wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three are both sizeable double rooms, with plush grey carpets and built in storage. Completing this lovely property is the family bathroom, fitted with a four-piece suite comprising bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Gas central heating and double glazing are found throughout. He was keen to get us to our preferred design. It would have been easy for him to convince us to go with a more tried and tested approach, but he took the time to do what was right for us. This property is in an idyllic location with easy access to local amenities, train station and direct motorway links to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
