The presentation of the doll was great. The doll itself is beautiful. But I’m a bit disappointed to see indentions were she had been elastic banded into box. Even my 3 year old daughter said something. I’ve had issues with tots before., it’s not like you can exchange tots. Every one is a surprise. MGA will NEVER help their customers. I’ve had receipts, pictures, everything they asked for. I never received any replacement. These were the lol hair vibes. So when you receive a faulty one, you can’t use it unless u glue their hair on. But then how do you use the other hair. Also one we had searched for, we finally got and the headband that made my daughter want her was missing.
