I still use this line as my main flouro, with expectations that I will need to replace every month or so, but with that price it's no big deal. Comments:best fluorocarbon I have used especially for the price. Super smooth casting, low memory, superior knot and abrasion strength. Obviously review by unknown person has no idea how to use a baitcaster or tie knots if he is breaking this line casting and getting birds nest. Comments: Great knot strength, and easily manageable on casts. I mostly use this line as leader material, but sometimes spool 8,12 and 15lb straight. I have great results using all different sizes between 6 and 20lb test as leaders. Not sure what these people who consistently break off casting lures are doing, but it's never happened to me using Red Label for 8 years. It's hard to diagnose user error from reading a review, but when someone continually does the same thing over and over you have to wonder. For me it's a great performing line and available at a reasonable price. Comments:This has been my favorite fluro yet. Never had a break off and its very manageable for a Fluorocarbon line. The only negative thing i could say is i think it has just as much stretch as mono. Comments:Yes this is a great line, to start off with using Fluorocarbon line. I started off using this line in 2010. Didn't never have a problem with it at all. Nice and sensitive abrasion resistance. Will give you the confidence in using Fluorocarbon.

Comments: Honestly this is some of the best line on the market for the price. I use the 15 lbs. for pretty much everything from texas rigs to crankbaits to buzzbaits. Haven't had any problems with breakage or the line coiling up. Comments:I must be doing it wrong because I have no issues with this line... It's strong, works fine on the spool, good abrasion resistance, and great price! Comments:I use the 12lb for crankbaits and jerkbaits and use 15lb for jigs. I haven't had and problems with it's so far. Definitely good for the price.

Comments:This is a very good line. I use it for fly-fishing and its as good as or in some cases better than many of the expensive ones out there. I’m a shallow-water power fisherman, so I put my line through a lot. All year long I’m making presentations in the nastiest cover I can find and when you combine that approach with close-quarters, high-impact hooksets, my line needs to hold up. Hence the reason my frugality tends to fall by the wayside when it comes to fluorocarbon.

Comments:This is extremely good line. Casts well, and durable. Using 15 lb test line & a San Diego Jam knot this line answered the call and landed a 38" stripper. Comments:this is the best 20lb FC in the world. i throw it on a 1/2-3/4 lipless, texas rig, 1/2oz chatterbait. clear and strong. absolutely no issues, been using it for years. Comments:except for a couple errors on my part, this line has yet to fail me in the three years I've been using it. I've used different brands and more expensive fluorocarbons and I personally just cant justify spending top dollar when I get great and consistent performance from red label.

Overview

Comments:This is probably the worst line i've ever bought. tried every knot & blue gills bust me off on 8lbs test. now Seaguar invisx on the other hand. that stuff must be made of dreams because its perfect. I can guarantee you won't break off and if you are breaking when catching fish make sure you are making a secure knot and wetting your line before you tighten you line and if you are unsure how the line did after catching a fish in some weird situation or just caught a monster in general then retie your line.

Comments: The more I use this line the less I want to buy anything else. The 15lb is great! the 12lb is great! the 20lb. great! This stuff is just too smooth & strong to ignore. it is super strong & reliable & I must say this line has 100% of my confidence. This is a very good line. The sensitive is out standing. Comments:I don't know what some of these people talking about. I love this line. I run braid on everything n use his for leaders & never have problems. It's handles zebra mussels better then any pound braid. For knots I see a polymer, wet your knots & u will never have a problem Comments:This line is bad which I was heavily disappointed in..... The memory is terrible and when it does get a slight birds nest and you try to pull it out the line will snap within the spool due to it being complete garbage. Save your money and go get some P-Line!Comments:Fantastic line. Thin in diameter, strong, and barely visible. Used this for trout and bass. I like that I can buy 10lb thats normally the diameter of 8lb or 8lb the diameter of 6lb and so on. This stuff is really strong, just use lighter drag for ligher lines Comments: If you're in the business of boat flipping meat nuggets, but you're balling on a budget; this is the stuff for you. Casts like butter baby. Just buy it.

Comments:This line is surprisingly tough bought the 6lb & I landed multiple 3 to 4lb bass without any flouro complications great knot strength good cast ability & fair abrasion resistance for the pound test I was throwing really impressed keep up the good work Comments:This is a great line for beginners. I first used Redlabel, in 2008. I mean it's a little stiffer than mono. But it was more sensitive than mono. My catch rate went right up to. Never broke off fishing this line. Good stuff. Comments:awesome line for the price, I've used the 12lb for my square bills, traps, and jerk baits and I've pulled in tons of fish in the 5-9lb range this season, no break offs or complaints great job seaguar !

Videos

Comments: At first, I enjoyed this line. Now, I only trust the 15lb for heavy applications because the 6lb that I use broke on dinks that aren't even half a pound. Comments:On the advise of a fried I tried the 15 lb and 12 lb test. I found it hard and difficult to cast. Extremely stiff and felt heavy when casting. I can't speak for strength and durability, I didn't get that far.
