However, if you register the binocular with them online, they then upgrade it to their Premium guarantee that grants you an unlimited warranty and a full repair warranty for life which I am sure you will agree is impressive. It is a greyish coloured 'ring' wich reflects the light and reveals a glowing circle around the image. A high quality multi layer coating on all glass elements reduces distracting reflections and improves the light transmission and provides a high contrast even in bad light conditions. Marvel at cute forest dwellers at twilight, view a famous building from an observation platform, or watch your favourite athlete in a competition - with these binoculars, glasses wearers can also get a close-up view of thrilling scenes. Pictured, from the left to right, are the Sightron Blue Sky 32 mm, the Bresser Everest 42 mm and the Zen Ray 43 mm binoculars.

The barrel diameter is dependent on the size of the objective and the thickness of the rubber armoring. This example was better and 'with' diopter adjustment but wasn't as sharp as the first and it didn't take long before the diopter started to drift away. This Bresser scope has a good minimum focus, making it a great option of the detailed study or digiscoping of flowers and the insects on them as well as birds on nearby feeders for example. The twist-up eyecups allow you to easily adjust the distance between the ocular lenses and your eyes. They feature two 42mm extra-low dispersion (ED) objective lenses that gather 130% more light than the naked eye, resulting in brighter and more detailed images.

All models have a new objective cap system that allows quick opening and closing; additionally, they can be completely removed with one twist of the wrist. Whether you´re walking in the mountains, observing the Eifel tower or watching a sports event, these all-round binoculars are guaranteed to provide the perfect view in all types of situations.

There is a corresponding reference line, in red for diopter adjustment on the right ocular’s accent.

Brightness is Ok but I see a difference, even in daytime, when comparing to the Leica but it doesn't make the view look dull at all. I could see the striping on a Meadow pipits chest, the contrast between the darker heads and lighter chest of the Bean gees, it was all non of a problem. For more on why this is important for low light performance, take a look at my complete guide to the exit pupil.Chromatic Aberration (color fringing on high contrast objects) is well controlled within the sweet spot.

Close focus, at 2m, is really pretty good without being anything exceptional, but again it will be more than enough for most needs – certainly, I found it fine while doing a bit of dragonfly-watching, as the birds drowsed out of sight in the midday heat. This binocular’s focusing speed is relatively fast at just under 1 full turn and yet I find the focusing tension to be ideal. When I rotate through various different binocular models I have on hand I actually find myself looking forward to picking this binocular up. Levenhuk suggest that these are suitable for children of 4 years and above which is about right, however I know from experience that my daughter was capable of using the very similar Bresser ExploreOne 6x21 Junior Compact Binoculars from around 3 years old. So again, I contacted Bresser and explained the problem, sended them back and again I received a new (3th) example. The 10x50 model is ideal for those who want a bright and high magnified image in more difficult light conditions. With the rotatable and lockable eyecups, you can adjust the eye distance for the observation with and without glasses; a dioptric correction is standard.
