Put into the oven to roast for 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Then take the vegetable batons out of the oven and leave to cool slightly for a couple of minutes. Heat a tablespoon of oil in the frying pan on a medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sizzle until they are soft. Then add the chopped tomatoes, the cooked orzo pasta, tuna, scooped courgette and half the cheddar cheese, mix well and remove from the heat.

Then in a large mixing bowl, add the plain flour and baking powder. Pour in the blended spinach puree from the blender, this will make the tortilla wraps green!Ben has a pair of blue sandals and wants to go to the seaside, but is prevented from doing so by a storm. A customer comes in. It is Little Betty Blue, and they decide to cook her some vegetable sandcastles. In return Ben hears a seashell. Small collects some tomatoes from a greenhouse and finds out how they grow.

While the batons cook, you can make your basil pesto. Tip the sunflower seeds, parmesan cheese, basil leaves, chopped garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice and olive oil into a blender. If you don’t have a blender, you can use a pestle and mortar or even a rolling pin and sturdy mixing bowl. Jen and Small are finding it hard to hear each other today. Olive the opera singer comes to visit, Small finds out how lemons grow and they make musical muffins for their special tuneful guest.

Cookery series with Big Cook Ben and foot-high Little Cook Small. Ben has got a splinter in his finger but he's not brave enough to let Small try and take it out. A customer comes in. Use a round cookie cutter to press out circles of dough to make your scones. You should be able to make six. Make sure you re-roll any leftover dough to make more scones. Mary Mary Quite Contrary enters the café and they make her Fancy Flowers. Small whizzes off to get some boiled sweets. She gives them flowers in return.

Once the dough has chilled, divide it into 6 equal balls. Then, on a floured work surface, roll out each tortilla with a floured rolling pin. You will need lots of arm power for this because you want each tortilla to be as thin as possible. Small is trying to grow a sunflower so she can enter it into the tallest sunflower competition. Big Cook's Big Cookery Book gives them a sunflower-inspired recipe for Straw-berry the Scarecrow. Now to make our sunflower. With very clean hands arrange the sweet potato, courgettes and carrots around the bowl of pesto, to be the petals. You can arrange these in any pattern you like. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls and roll each ball into an oval shape. To make your rolls look like hedgehogs, pull a pointy nose out from one end of each oval.Melt the butter in a saucepan on a low heat. This is a hob job, so ask your grown up helper to help you, as the hob and the pan will be hot, hot, hot! Ben plays a fishing game with his new fishing rod.
