Any goods will also be fit for a particular purpose. When a consumer indicates that goods are required for a particular purpose, or where it is obvious that goods are intended for a particular purpose and a trader supplies them to meet that requirement, the goods should be fit for that specified purpose, match the description, sample or model. When a consumer relies on a description, sample or display model the goods supplied must conform to it. If the goods do not conform, an offence may have been committed. All goods must be installed correctly, where installation has been agreed as part of the contract Consumer Rights Act 2015 – Consumer Rights Summary 1: Goods bought in our showroom / shop: The Fipehima Trigger Point Massage Cane may require some shoulder flexibility for optimal use, especially when targeting the upper traps, and is ideally used against a wall. This characteristic sets it apart from many others. Each end of the self-massager has a different sized hook so you can ergonomically reach any angle from any position The strap is a nice bit of attention to detail: helpful for anyone, but for a professional therapist, that strap is significant: it means the tool can constantly be lifted and repositioned with little or no grip effort. You don’t have to move it to hang onto it, which is a terrific addition.

If you can show the fault has damaged your device and we haven’t used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation. One of the product’s primary features is its ergonomic design, which offers a comfortable grip, enabling you to apply pressure without requiring assistance. The design is such that it can be used against a wall or any hard surface, thus offering versatility in usage. This, coupled with its lightweight and simplicity, makes it a useful tool for a wide variety of users – athletes, desk workers, travellers, and seniors. Its streamlined and smooth design ensures it is pleasing to hold and simple to use. With a less is more approach, Thera Cane avoids the clutter of excessive knobs that could hinder your self-massage session. However, users seeking a multifaceted experience might find it less versatile than dual-hook tools. In most cases, you can cancel within 14 days. If you agree the service will start within this time you may be charged for what you’ve used. Once you’ve found an active trigger point, you can use the orbit massager to treat the trigger, but it’s quite difficult because it does tend to wobble around. Its great strength is in finding trigger points. Original Knobble Massage ToolOur collection features a wide array of massage tools designed to provide relief and comfort. With handheld massagers with adjustable speed settings and heated massage seats, find your perfect massage products at Complete Care Shop. Massage products for rehabilitation The Tiger Tail Rolling Muscle Massager is not Pressure Positive’s invention — it’s made by Polar Fusion, in Washington state — but they choose to sell it, because it’s terrific for self-massage of the arms and legs, and I’ve used it mostly for my shins (see Massage Therapy for Shin Splints). In writing this review, I learned that I’ve been missing an “obvious” and lovely way of using it to massage the forearms as well: just brace one end on the hip, hold the other with one hand, and then move the other arm across the roller. It’s my new best friend! My forearms are chronically exhausted by long days of typing (see Massage Therapy for Tennis Elbow and Wrist Pain). It takes some getting used to for figuring out the best angles and ways to put pressure on all the key points, but once you figure it out, it's just awesome to sit at your desk or on the couch after a long day and just knead out all your own knots. Don't get me wrong -- nothing in the world beats a real massage, but I can't afford one every night, and this is what gets me through until I've saved up enough for a proper one from a real human. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you’re entitled to the following:

The ‘S’-shape design allows the user to hook the tool over the shoulder or under the arm. One end of the tool can be pressed into any part of the body to deliver pressure to the tensed muscles. This makes it much sturdier than most products in this category. Most products, such as the Theracane, are made out of plastic and tend to bend when pressed against the body, limiting the force that can be applied. One highlight of this massager is its portable nature. The massager’s lightweight and collapsible design make it an ideal travel companion. Furthermore, it’s designed to be easy to hold and use, and can be hooked over your shoulder or around your body for self-massage.

The beauty of this myofascial release tool is that because it rolls, you can find trigger points quite easily. You can roll around quite fast keeping a lot of pressure. It is really just a specialized rolling pin, made for squishing muscle instead of dough. There is no question that I thought of (and tried) using an actual rolling pin on my own shins long, long before I heard of the Tiger Tail. But a rolling pin tends to be too hard, too broad, and too fragile (the handles tend not to be sturdy enough, unless you’ve got a really good quality rolling pin) for most massage purposes. The Tiger Tail solves these issues: it’s got a foam cover on a narrow cylinder, and it’s extremely sturdy. One caveat is that the Thera Cane does display a flex under heavy pressure, suggesting it may not withstand excessive force. This limits its robustness, making it better suited for gentler, rather than rigorous, massage sessions. What I’d like to do is show you some tools some myofascial release tools from a company called Pressure Positive. These are interesting tools that you can use to treat your own trigger points.
