We have flash frozen our delicious fresh soups into portion-sized 150g cubes, sealing in all the natural goodness. The concern about space and removing all frozen cubes to a freezer bag for longer term storage is actually what we recommend ourselves and we think of the trays more as moulds than as long term storage containers.
