Its just as though you're getting the sweet vibe from it subconsciously (i know it sounds weird and vague but this is the sole description i can give of its sweetness). Perfect for warm weather: it brings a refreshing cloud that it is not marine, but still evokes the pleasure of water touching the skin and the feeling of immersion.

So far,i would say this is my signature scent because it is one perfume i have replaced a few times, unlike the others that i don't go back to.

I'm keeping my eye out for a nice clean and simple daily scent, most likely a "blue" kind - and this one so far feels like a great contender! I immediately started trying to compare this with frags I have, so I looked at the comparison list on this page and the OG's page. When people ask what it is, I'm hesitant to tell them, and usually don't, because it is a well kept secret. When I first encountered BPH, it was almost a decade after its release (2006) and I bought it scent unsniffed, from an online retailer after reading the reviews of Fragranticans far wiser and experienced than myself. Not really my cup of tea (pun intended), as I tend to prefer bolder statements in scent, but I have no complaints and would enjoy smelling this on someone else.

A fragrance of unexpected contrasts and surprising harmonies, a masculine and boldly seductive eau de toilette. You tend to want to over spray this fragrance because it becomes INCREDIBLE in the dry down but its a skin scent at this point. Aside from the slightest hint of grapefruit and bergamot, I don't really get any tea, coriander, galbanum, neroli, or oakmoss. The combination of citrus, woods, and musk creates a beautiful yet masculine scent trail that makes me WEAK IN THE KNEES.

This has a light White Musk base, the effect after drydown is ethereal - where the layers are just airy and transparent. Compared to the original Bvlgari Pour Homme (which is quite good as well), Extreme is more noticable and has more longevity and projection. At the time, I didn't think about the individual ingredients, but I think tea, flowers and (especially) musk, along with citrus notes, work together to give the original its distinctive character, which I find extremely pleasing. What a MASTERPIECE, Bvlgari Pour Homme you are a beauty, this is real cologne for real professionals who enjoy life but keep business as business, who does not need to prove anything to anyone. People like it too when I wear it and they said it suits me best, one of them attracted to me but that's out of the story here hahaha.

There are only a few, targeted mens' fragrances that I really enjoy wearing on my lady skin (Obsession and Passion being a couple of them) and I think this is becoming one them which surprises me because it's obviously not anything like either of those. Bvlgari Extreme is undoubtedly the best masculine tea-based fragrance i've ever smelled and one of my all time favorites. This smelled natural, clean, sexy and wonderful from the moment it's sprayed on until the long lasting and thrilling base note faded.

I have this fragnance with batch code for 2010 and i think this is so horrible, the opening and drydown were awful, nothing special at all. I was looking for a new tea scent, which Bvlgari usually do very well (check out the various Au Thé scents to see what I mean), but what I got was a faint aldehydic fougere that barely rises above a skin scent and is gone inside of two hours. Rosewood, Guaiac wood, and Cedar are the heroes of this scent for me in that they allow the bergamot and mandarin orange to flourish and thrive. An alternative way to read what I'm saying-- you probably have to like or at least tolerate this one to enjoy other more popular fresh tea offerings. Is it the "10/10 masterpiece" that is a performance beast as I heard a few days ago by one of the prominent YouTube frag influencers?

The problem with reviewing Bulgari Pour Homme is that it's so hard to articulate what makes it unique and special by describing the notes. If a warm iceberg melted and you filtered the water into a cup and added tea leaves on your yacht, this would be it. Bvlgari pour Homme is very muted on my skin, though duration is about adequate from a generous application.Heavy bottle, but smelled like alcohol with water and some lemon or sour citrus fruit-scented musky liquid with poor longevity and projection. Rate it: 9/10, very classy, though the silage could be a bit better but it’s not a weak fragrance in any way! Even though back then, and fairly now too - I've found the scent of this to be too bold and "extreme" for my subtle tastes, it's still fairly refreshing and feels quite sophisticated to wear. It has the same problem as Homme Extreme in the silage/projection department, however, it outshines Extreme and projects better and has longer life on your skin in the tropics. I get a whole lot of tea and grapefruit which is very light and lifting, on a warm day when I catch a whiff of this it is calming and enjoyable.
