Can’t explain how relieving it is to no longer have itchy ears… so much better than cotton buds! :) The Smartbud is only to be used to remove soft wax and loose debris. had an issue with the parcel, because I couldn't find it after has been delivered. The Smartbud support was touché, trying to assist me along the parcel searching. I eventually found it at my company, hidden by an employee, but not having bad intentions. The Smartbud tips are threaded and screw-on to the device. The tip that is already on the device may have become loose when in transit to you so please ensure the tip is securely attached to the device before use. Failure to do so may result in the tip becoming loose whilst in use. I bought the Smartbud and felt a bit sceptical but have been pleasantly surprised. It works, just as the videos show … but it is quite addictive! For a better user experience, we recommend replacing the ear tip every 2-3 months (this can be adjusted according to the frequency of use) I think my product is faulty, what is your policy?

I was skeptical but after seeing many videos in use I thought I'd give it a try! I was not disappointed! The video footage it so clear it makes it very easy to navigate my ear canal and remove any build up of wax (so satisfying lol). My ears feel so clear and clean!!
