About this deal

Starts rather fresh- I mainly get citruses, sone almond and a lot of jasmine(one of the few fresh notes that I like).

Presently, this lovely, natural-smelling opening gave way to a chemical nightmare that smells something like a mixture of Lysol, Lemon Pledge, and a powdery, leathery amber. In general I admire durability and Sillagemonster, but this one was too penetrating, also too stinging and too musty and above all one thing: much too synthetic. Ok, red tobacco is a beast, but this one is an easy wearable scent, while you need to dig your nose deep to the world of fragrances to bear with red tobacco. Given the fact that in a lot of ways, this scent that stood the test of time, and that its popularity is still high enough, what possibly could go wrong?Hay que darle tiempo por que la salida puede ser algo fuerte pero a la hora evoluciona muy bien, tiene buena duración. I'll try to macerate it for 1 month since others have said that it helps particularly for citrus fragrances and i'm really hoping that will do the trick and change my impression of this scent. Reddit and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide you with a better experience. This gets me plenty of compliments especially in the summer lasts for hours and it projects like a beast. The new magnetic cap versions of this fragrance have been reformulated and the end result was paid to the performance department without tinkering with the actual composition.

Nearly all fragrances tested so far stood out due to very prominent fragrances, all of which seemed very synthetic. This option combines the woody notes of barks, mosses and warm resins with the fresher impression of an aromatic.Needless to say, the fragrance smells very mysterious and captures the attention of any curious nose. Lemon Line, Sicily, Black Prestigium, Aoud Lemon Mint and Cedrat Boise landed in my mailbox and to cut a long story short, Aoud Lemon Mint won me over the most out of all of them!

Aoud Lemon Mint opens up with Sicilian Lemon, spicy and manly black pepper, along with coriander and surprising almond. This, and perhaps a pinch of pepper, gives the fragrance a slightly green-spicy facet, which, in combination with the lemon and jasmine, provides the lightening of the Aouds. Now to the fragrance itself, the title focuses on Oud, Lemon (here converted as Mandarin and Lemon) and Mint. r/fragrance is an inclusive, adult community for discussing finished retail perfumes and other scented personal and home-care products.Even the name seems wrong— It’s heavy on chemical almond, there’s minimal (and fast disappearing) lemon, next to no oud accord, and I can’t detect any mint at all. Very unique fragrance, it's fresh and woody but not the usual wood notes that in most fresh and aquatic fragrances. The fruitiness together with the airy ozonic/mint-y vibe are evocative of mountains in a tropical location to my nose.

One evening when I went to get something to eat my roommate put this before he and his girl went out. Starts with a harsh and headache inducing lemon bomb and dries down into an screechy rose-oud combo. One spray off the atomizer leaves a sheen on skin from the perfume oil and the quality and blend of the fragrance is truly magical. If you are someone who is new to the niche game, this may not bother you, but it is past due time that Mancera upgraded their ingredients to a higher level, and my recommendation is that you shouldn’t smell their fragrances up close in the place where you sprayed them since they smell much better in the air around the wearer.

I see it suitable for fall and spring(could potentially work in some warmer winter days also), as it has some freshness that's balanced by a thick woody, vetiver and vanillic base. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE PURCHASED FROM THE BRAND OR A REGISTERED DISTRIBUTOR AND RE-BOTTLED INTO AN UNBRANDED ATOMISER. Considering everything, the synthetic nature of the composition, higher designer-level quality, and the effort to produce something like this, it sits somewhere in between being a great fragrance to sample, and a fair warning that you might have previously smelled something like this before in the Guerlain Ideal line. It is a bit more biting (mint, coriander, jasmine - these are very different scents) than the well-known oud-combos (oud from Mfk, Santal Royale, M7 etc. Here at Fragrance Lovers, our dedicated team is here to help you on your journey to selecting the best fragrance.
