FRONTLINE PLUS® Spot-On Flea and Tick Treatment for Cats is a topical spot-on treatment that can be applied to your cat’s skin to kill fleas and ticks through contact; this means they don’t have to bite your cat to be killed. If they do come into contact with rain within 48 hours after treatment, it’s unlikely that they’ll get so wet that the product is washed away. Apply against the lay of the hair, and ruffle the coat especially the long haired cats while spraying, so that the product is applied aptly.
