This proprietary finishing results in a smoother, approachable rye with notes or orange peel, coriander, and spice. A unique mash bill from Tennessee, this Bourbon utilizes 30% 'small grains' to complement the character imparted from spending 8 years in American oak barrels. A new release for 2023, the bourbon is finished in Spanish vermouth rouge casks for a rich and complex aroma that features notes of dark fruit, caramel and spice, with subtle vanilla undertones. Featuring rare and unreleased whiskeys, each annual release features one of Dylan’s paintings on a hand-made ceramic bottle in a bespoke leather case.
