Baby is now 19 weeks and we're able to still make the most of her 0-3 month vests that fit her arms but got to short to cover her big cloth bum (particularly her nighttime nappy). However, I don't understand why the poppers on these aren't on the binding at the edge, like on the vests. Because these are going to be used for hundreds and hundreds of nappy changes if you’re too rough then you will start to see the poppers pulling away from the fabric. Vest extenders make extra room to accommodate the larger nappy, reducing the risk of compression leaks. We have ties and Nappi Nippas, muslins, repair kits, detergents and oils, and even car seat protectors! Having vest extenders is definitely useful, particularly if you have a tall, skinny baby with a bulky cloth nappy.

These extenders fit most types of vests (only one of our French vests have different widths between the poppers). The Little Lamb vest extenders provide additional room to help prevent any pressure being applied to the nappy underneath.
