Brut Dargent, a dry sparkling wine, prepared using bottle-fe rmentation from the unique Chardonnay grape. Based on extensive wine experience and know-how used today the company is a wide palette of Jura wines: dry white wine, red wine, yellow wine (vin jaune), dessert wine straw (straw wine), sparkling wines, Crémant (cremants) and wine macvin . A very nice bottle for when you fancy something a little more robust than zecco but don't want to pay for champers. The grapes for this wine-containing drink from France are harvested, at the time of optimal ripeness, to preserve their aroma particularly quickly and preferably in the morning.The clayey and calcareous soil gives the Chardonnay vine that unmistakable character that distinguishes the sparkling wines of the Maison du Vigneron. The grapes, harvested in 20 kg boxes, were gently crushed, without destemming, in a pneumatic press, and the must was immediately pumped into stainless steel fermentation vats, where the fermentation of the base wine took place.
