A Geoboard is a mathematical tool made up of pegs sticking out of a square base, allowing pupils to wrap elastic bands around the pegs to create different shapes. These colorful double-sided 6″ (15cm) square geoboards feature a 24-pin circular array on one side and a 5 x 5 pin grid array on the other. The log slices are as smooth as is possible, you can either use it as it is or smooth down more by sanding. Exact size may vary, please also note they are not always completely round, and again whilst I will try my best to supply you with a perfect log slices due to it's nature there may be slight imperfections and loose bark.It consists of a physical board with a certain number of nails half driven in, around which are wrapped geo bands that are made of rubber. Learners stretch bands around the pegs to form line segments and polygons and make discoveries about perimeter, area, angles, congruence, fractions, and more.
