All “support” is through user forums, and the manufacturer can’t even access Facebook because their government blocks their access. Whilst assembling I checked that everything would move freely, I found in some areas that heads of bolts clashed with the blue silicone strips that push into the extrusions. Assembly can be done with all the tools provided, and only takes an hour or two to get setup and printing.I’ve built printers before and have 20 years professional Engineering experience, so my approach may not suit everyone.
