Your wellness journey will begin online with access to five 2 hour sessions, offering a gentle introduction to mindfulness before a full day’s retreat. You can implement time blocking with any tool, but in this section, we'll focus on how to use Todoist alongside your favorite calendar app — or even good, old-fashioned pen and paper.

We'll cover how to implement three different time blocking variations: task batching, day theming, and scheduling individual tasks. These courses are not run consecutively and you can choose the dates to suit you at your desired training centre (subject to availability).
