This eau de toilette includes top notes of lavender, bergamot, and citrus fruit for a floral and fruity punch; heart notes of white cedar, rose and jasmine for a sensual touch and base notes of evernyl, sandalwood and tonka beans for a spicy yet woody finish. I sometimes borrow colognes from a friend of mine and this is a cologne I borrowed a few weeks back and will purchase myself one because it's a great compliment getter. The black inner lacquering of the bottle expresses the powerful character of the fragrance, while the Montblanc Emblem and the name in subtle gold all echo the precision of the Maison: a perfect balance that makes this Eau de Parfum an object of desire.I'm not really sure how people find this to be a fruity fragrance cause to me it has that typical ''Fierce DNA'', with a sweet shower gel like aroma, some woods, and musks. Longevity is sadly poor, with the fresh fruits and citrus lasting around an hour and a half before the fragrance becomes a skin scent, however this is a cheap fragrance so I would recommend owning this as a great day to day, out the shower fragrance that can be sprayed liberally and makes you feel fresh and clean. All I get in the opening is Rubbing Alcohol, the dry down is ok, not strong and it's performance isn't great either. Personally for me it's too sweet and cloying and at the same time performance and Longevity and subpar.

If you smell this on someone, though, your only thought will be "Oh hey, that guy's wearing some cologne. On the other hand it also gives me a little bit of generic 1990's Saturday market in eastern Europe 5 euro/bottle kind of vibe.Hold the fragrance approx 5 inches away and spray your skin, focusing on pulse points (neck, wrists etc) and/or spray generously in front of you and walk through for a full coverage.

I guarantee that where passerbys used to see a 90-pound weakling, they will now see a punch-ready, tights-wearing Adam West. This is what I thought all men's fragrances smelled like before I got to know there was indeed variety. Fit for a lively, young at soul man that knows what he wants and is not afraid to get it this fragrance makes a strong, powerful, lasting first impression: fit for a self assured man that wants to become a legend.Smells generic and powdery, it's like a white t-shirt clean scent but it's a waste of money for the horrible performance, has no projection after 5-10 mins, and turns to a skin scent in 30 mins, 1 hour max. This hundred-year-old brand has built its reputation as a symbol of tradition, status and of exclusivity.

I am quite disappointed, after purchasing a 30 ml bottle of Legend, to find out it is identical to Zara Lincoln Road Miami (somehow not present on Fragrantica) that I already own. Fragrance Fractions is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by or working in partnership with Montblanc. Right after spraying, it was initially upsetting because it had a very synthetic quality and reminded me a lot of Axe.There are so many others with much better fragrances that transport you, not to the inside of a seedy gas station like this yukness does, but transport you to a beautiful place you long to be.
