Socially speaking aims to improve a pupil’s self esteem, listening skills and expressive language abilities. Watching series and films in English, or listening to audio designed for your level, is great for your pronunciation and intonation. However, keep in mind that reading about these skills won’t make you an expert. You’ll need to practice them over and over again.
