The creators of St. Ives Liquor all gained their knowledge about spirits and liquor unknowingly through experience from working as bartenders. It depends on personal preferences which of these gins you should buy. The blood orange version of their gin is infused with (aside from the obvious blood orange) safflower blossoms, rosehip, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This makes for a zesty and crisp spirit.
