With its concentrated formula, Hylo Forte can provide intensive lubrication for the eye, improving eye comfort and reducing the symptoms of dry eyes.

They contain sodium hyaluronate, a natural substance found in the eye, which forms a protective layer over the surface of the eye, trapping in moisture and preventing the eye from drying out. Boots Pharmaceuticals Preservative Free Dry Eyes Single Dose Eye Drops provide effective relief, moisturising and soothing dry and tired eyes. Hyaluronic Acid is a very natural and long acting ingredient which is actually present in many parts of our body, including the eye.It will give you more information about using the drops and will provide a full list of any side-effects which you may experience. The eye drops can occasionally cause mild eye irritation, but this usually soon passes and not everyone will experience it.

The recommended dose is to place one drop of gel in the corner of the eye, nearest the nose, 3 to 4 times each day and approximately 30 minutes before going to bed. If irritation persists or worsens, or headache, eye pain, vision changes or continued redness occur, patients should discontinue use and consult a physician or pharmacist (see section 4. If you are having an operation or dental treatment, tell the person carrying out the treatment which medicines you are using. Benzalkonium chloride has been reported to cause eye irritation, symptoms of dry eyes and may affect the tear film and corneal surface.
