Since July 2013 La Fee Parisienne has been made with 100% natural ingredients including 45% grand wormwood, a much higher proportion than before. This starts with colour (soft green with a hint of yellow), then by adding water to establish the depth of louche. The palate is fresh and rounded with anise with angelica, coriander, fennel, mint and liquorice all present in the background. Pour slowly 4 to 6 parts iced water to one part absinthe, over sugar on a La Fée Absinthe spoon - stir and enjoy.
