That hydration release is magical. Strange and like something I’ve never seen in an eye cream before, but magical nonetheless. It is cool and refreshing and you can feel the water sinking into your skin, satiating thirsty areas. The eye with the cream under felt awake and hydrated whereas the area around the other eye was tight and tired. It also looked far brighter for those few hours, although I eventually caved and had to even the two sides out because the difference was so stark. Being Indian, I'm genetically predisposed to that kind of pigmentation earlier in life than others may be. From any eye cream, I’d expect to see and feel a noticeable difference when applying it, but I wasn’t expecting anything quite as good as this. As soon as it went on it was refreshing, and the brightening effect was dramatic. I didn’t look like I’d only had a few hours of sleep the night before (which unfortunately I had). What I was surprised by – pleasantly – was the size of the tub. Eye creams can come in pots as small as 5ml because you only need a very little, but the one I had in front of me was 28ml. It does also come in a 14ml tub, but I was floored by the amount of product. It looked nearly as big as the Ultra Facial Cream.

A little goes a very long way here; I just needed to lightly dab my ring finger in to the generously sized 28ml pot (it does also come in a 14ml version) and even then, I found I still had a little more than I really needed.
