These are quite good. I have bought them several times and I find that they are quite easy to prepare they are plain if you don't add any seasoning, but with some salt and pepper and a few other spices, as you like, you can make a very easy pea soup that is very filling and healthy besides. Very satisfying, especially on a cold, wintry day my only problem is that they turn out more like a soup, not like the separated peas that you see on the front of the box, but maybe I am just overcooking them. So happy when I found Bachelors bigga dried peas here. I love green pea soup, but I can't find dried green peas in Sweden. These makes a lovely soup, just soak them in water the day before, and then cook them with spices and some ham. Everyone in my family loves it, and it's perfect on a cold winter day. 1 box makes enough soup for two adults and two kids. Also perfect for mushy peas, if you like that.
