About this deal

Edu-gaming titles combine the fun of play with the self improvement of education. As recent research and educational approach in schools shows, these two bedfellows work very well together. Titles usually consist of a series of mini-tasks around a particular subject. Some games in this genre simply use the topic as a theme for its games, whilst others are more obviously education or coaching based. Imagine Teacher Class Trip is a game from the Imagine series, and the direct sequel to Imagine Teacher. Considered | Dressup | Intimate | Microcosm | Odyssey | Perpetual | Scared | Soulful | Story | Tired

Each game is distinct, and each one works well to represent the subject it's named for. Some of the games aren't quite so interactive and fun, though, like "Biology" (it just has you draw lines between animal pictures and animal names). But, on the whole, the mini-game selection forming the foundation for Imagine: Teacher is solid. Lessons are divided into morning and afternoon sessions, and although you can jump in a play a single activity, the game intends for you to complete a morning or afternoon in a single sitting. Apart from this you are free to spend as much or as little time on the game as you like. This is a great game for who...

The team captains from the other schools are also this: Ayat is the nice and gentle captain from the Dolphins, Ivy is the mean and spoiled one from the Weasels, and Bob is the glutenous Big Eater from the Gorillas, and stays in-between.

Imagine: Teacher wraps up its education credentials with some impressive proper game presentation. The selection screens and environments are all fully fleshed out - just as much as other purely fun focused titles. Whereas some other edu-games focus on a particular area of education, Imagine: Teachers provides activities in each part of the modern curriculum. This takes in not just the science subject (as in other games) but also the arts. So what experience should I play this game for...

Tropes:

But so far we've not found a way to streamline our review output - there's basically too much of it. So, rather than dilute things for newcomers we have decided to live with the hubbub while helping new readers find the columnists they will enjoy. The Reveal: Gala is actually an inspector; she disguised herself as a scientist to observe the center and prove April's innocence. Jerkass: Keith has huge shades of this, unlike all the other students. Mr. Thistle also shows this time to time. The aim of the game is to teach the students different subjects, such as math, reading and art, over the course of a five-day week. Each school day is divided into two classes separated by recess, and each lesson consists of the introduction, the activity, and finally the correction of the students' work. For each week though, you need to focus on a certain subject, which appears more often than the others. You may also need to find a lost item as you clean the classroom, or invite a student over for a night class. Also, you may have to obtain materials to celebrate an event in the game.
