Fantastic book! Not just recipes, but complete cooking techniques too. I’m making restaurant quality food every time. Couldn’t recommend more! A great book. Good selection of recipes, easy to follow and the ones I’ve tried so far have all tasted great. Brilliant addition for any Keto kitchen. I’ve just made my first recipe from Keto kitchen. They taste lovely and only 3 carbs each. I added about 10 minutes to the cooking time but I am very pleased with the result. Started a low carb diet 3 weeks ago and have already lost a stone! Yay a UK based Keto book. It makes a real difference having this compared to my other US based ones. The recipes I’ve completed are lovely. I would recommend for any Keto lover.
I tried Keto years ago but found it hard without any bread substitute. When I seen this book teaches bread alternatives like mug breads and seed loafs I was excited and after making my first batch I was not disappointed! Fantastic book and looking forward to the lifestyle change I think this book will help me achieve. Excellent cook book, really tasty recipes that aren’t too complicated, Keto, so include butter and healthy fats and only 6 quid. What’s not to like! What an amazing buy. Most Keto cookbooks available in the UK are aimed at the market in the US…this one is by a UK chef for the UK…but my American friends you can also buy this book…why you ask…because it also has the US conversions for you. Not boring food…this is real food with real cooking techniques. The photography is amazing and every single recipe has been shot (yes I’ve counted them). This chef, Monya, has put in the time and effort and created something truly astounding and you can taste it in the food. I’ve cooked 7 dishes (ok 3 were desserts) & they are all perfect. Buy this book. You will not be disappointed. Oh…and she’s even got an endorsement from that chef Heston Blumenthal…WOW! A beautiful book by a clearly talented author. The recipes are easy to make and absolutely delicious. They make keto exciting and show that it’s a delicious lifestyle. This book is a must-have for any foodie!

Best Keto Recipe book I’ve got! Each recipe I have tried has been delicious and really easy to follow and gives all the macros! 100% recommend! This book is excellent. Beautifully presented and great recipes with a good mix of type of recipes on offer. Nothing too complicated or requires random ingredients.
KETO is no longer boring!! Gone are the days of monotonous food choices!! Due to my crazy work schedule, meal prepping has just gone to the next level. Thanks to Monya’s cookbook, these Keto recipes make meals, both savory and sweet, bursting with flavor. Finally keto is a dining experience with endless possibilities. Can’t wait for another cookbook! Have a question about anything? The author not only has an instructional YouTube channel, she makes the time to answer questions on social media!! Christmas presents just became a no brainer!This book is geared towards the UK, with readily available UK ingredients and measurements. The recipes are clean, good, natural food. This is not a way to ‘cheat’ the keto diet. This is just a way to eat keto, healthily. The baked cod in cream is my go-to when entertaining guests.(Serve with toasted sourdough for guests who want carbs.) I cannot rave about this recipe book enough. I am relatively new to the ketogenic lifestyle, a couple of months in- and I am feeling great for it. This is a book for people that really love food, cooking, good produce and really good eating. Recipes go beyond the usual, every dish feels like a real treat. Every layer of flavour and texture has been so well thought out. Where do I even start? This book has been like my own personal Keto bible. I have LOVED every recipe I have tried. I recommend it to anyone and everyone! I hated cooking until I started using this book a month ago and now I really look forwards to it. The author has been so kind and helpful over social media also. So excited for the next book!
