Freeze your raspberry puree in airtight freezer bags, when you put them in the frezzer lay them flat, so they freeze flat, this way they don’t take up as much space. This is so very simple, it doesn’t really warrant a recipe as such but we’ve included a recipe card below, so you get an idea of the yield. Fruit purees are made by cooking the fruit until it is soft, then straining it to remove the seeds and skin. The puree can then be used raw or cooked. How do you make pulp puree? Ideal for making ahead or freezing. Need a last minute way to make a dessert look fancy? Just grab a jar of frozen raspberry purée out of the freezer!
