As some friends / family know well, I am not a huge fan of chili, but as I discovered in this book, there is more than one way to make chili. I actually found some recipes that I would like to try and have photocopied them for [near] future use.Different styles, inventive methods to cook chili, and influences including classic, contemporary, regional, and international recipes
for the company, who also takes chili seriously. Additionally, Brian was invited by the International I love the fact that each chili recipe had it's own photo, and divided into several categories... it made it easy to choose which ones I wanted to try first! While there was a peppers/heat guide at that beginning of the book that rated the spiciness scale of each, it wasn't reflected in the actual recipe, so you'll have to look up the peppers if you're not familiar to determine what kind of heat factor you're looking at. Brian's very own savory and Seriously Good chili recipe that he has perfected over years of trial and error, plus step-by-step video instruction with a QR code While he hasn't tried every recipeincluded in the cookbook, he has tried many — and shared his own formula dubbed "Brian's Seriously Good Chili Recipe" in the cookbook. It's a tall tale that will leave you wondering how much of it is true and how much is epic storytelling. I think that that acts as a combining agent and mellows everything out together at the same time," he explains.The cookbook also includes beautiful photographs of most of the recipes, which makes it difficult to decide just which recipe to prepare. However there are enough recipes that anyone can have a different type of chili every day or two for several years.
