J'espère qu'il n'y aura pas de chantage dans les autres tomes, auquel comme Mio n'a pas de père alors Shun devrais aimer son père malgré ses remarques. Car il devrait être "content" d'avoir un père. I'm not sure why there hasn't been a review for this series yet, but I decided I would go ahead and be the first to do so. (It's been a while since I've reviewed anything in depth, so bear with me!) There is one part where the story finally stays at one place for a longer time and finally starts giving out a bit more coherent storytelling and even a somehow interesting source of conflict which again tempted me to at least give this a 6/10, alas it makes up only about fifth of the runtime and the movie still feels like a very long trailer than an actual movie. Just as in volume 1, however, I struggled with following the storyline. It felt like the story was all over the place and half the time I had no idea what was happening. I will admit that the pacing of Umibe no Étranger is rather fast. The pacing is the weakest part of both the anime adaptation and the original manga. Before you know it, it's over. This may have faired better pacing-wise if it had been split up into a four-part OVA.

En resumen, me guardo las ganas de saber qué ocurrirá en la nueva y ajetreada vida que siguen compartiendo el pobre gruñón de Shun (le entiendo demasiado, es una situación muy estresante que no ha pedido, jo), que en realidad es un softie de cuidado por mucho que lo esconda, y Mio, que es un solecito vivaracho por cuyas atenciones compiten tanto Shun, como los animales y los niños –él reparte sus energías gustoso, aunque su prioridad #1 es la buena comida. xD Comme quand il a giflé Shun quand il croise son père après 7 ans d'absence. Il aurait simplement secoué ou du genre, pas besoins de le frapper.
