They need to wear protective cloaks for the bright light won’t blind them nor suffocate them. The cloaks also make the souls from the lower realms a little bit more light than they used to be. Other readers may find the reading a shade boring and repetitive. Rationalists may find this book a figment of imagination fostering blind faith and moral indoctrination. Montesquieu envisioned The Spirit of Laws as a major work of law and politics, and he applied himself accordingly to its composition. He undertook an extensive program of reading in law, history, economics, geography, and political theory, producing several volumes of notes, of which only one, on geography, survives. He employed a succession of secretaries, sometimes as many as six simultaneously, using them as readers and amanuenses but not as précis writers. By 1740 the main lines of his masterpiece were established and a great part of it was written. By 1743 the text was virtually complete, and he began the first of two thorough and detailed revisions, which occupied him until December 1746. The actual preparation for the press was at hand. A Geneva publisher, J. Barrillot, was selected, further corrections were made, several new chapters were written, and in November 1748 the French-language work was published in two quarto volumes, comprising 31 books. Montesquieu had acquainted himself with all previous schools of thought but identified himself with none. Of the multiplicity of subjects treated by Montesquieu, none remained unadorned. His treatment of three was particularly memorable. According to the book Laws of Spirit World, the spirit world consists of seven realms, the lowest being Hell and the highest being Heaven. Each soul progresses from the lowest to higher realms based on what they learned from their karmic lessons.

They talk a lot about pride and jealousy. But they don't mean jealousy, they mean envy. It's obnoxious that they cannot even use the correct term. Many key aspects of spiritual wisdom that the souls of Ratoo and Vispy convey through this book are very strikingly in resonance with basic tenets of Hinduism; many things seem to have been in tune with what we grasp from several Puranas and Itihas (Ramayana and Maha Bharata) and Hindu scriptures. Law of Progression While there is progression in the spirit world, no one is their own saviour. However, once a spirit begins to progress, that progress increases exponentially. As soon as the light breaks into one’s soul or mind and the individual sees a way to reach a higher level mentally, morally or spiritually, their desire to progress will continue to grow. With that desire will come abundant help, the amount of which will be limited only by the spirit’s desire. The individual’s will thus becomes a great force and power in further progression and in receiving more help. In other words, as the mind or soul of a spirit ascends, it not only becomes more rapid in its flight, but the outside help increases. There is a story of a woman who was abused by her lover but ended up in hell because she was somehow at fault for his abuse. The Laws of the Spirit World book has been translated into many languages and is available in most countries. Book Editions

The Laws of the Spirit World is a book about the spiritual realm and how it works. It covers topics such as life after death, reincarnation, karma, and more.

According to this book, our conscience (or sub-conscious mind) plays a very important role to shape up our lives positively. The more we listen and act as per the voice of our conscience the more we grow spiritually. The more we ignore it, the more we suffer. If the voice of the conscience is constantly ignored , it goes dormant. Then one loses correct spiritual guidance from inside and he ends up doing more sins. Khorshed Bhavnagri (born October 10, 1952) is an Indian-American author and lecturer, best known for her book The Laws of the Spirit World, which she says was dictated to her by her deceased son. urn:lcp:lawsofspiritworl0000bhav:epub:b2768576-0cf3-48c9-b868-9dc762345f88 Foldoutcount 0 Identifier lawsofspiritworl0000bhav Identifier-ark ark:/13960/s2c3mfcw699 Invoice 1652 Isbn 9788179929858 As someone who is well read in metaphysics I would not make this your first read; I would start with something like The Secret or any law of attraction book. I feel that trying to tell a story makes it less interesting than just learning and could easily steer a curios reader away from a whole new life. I would read this only if you are interested in having a story to follow along while you are learning.talking to spirit souls helps both the humans and the spirits so it must always be seen as a helpful exercise leading to living well and attaining good Karma.

Other than the cringeworthy setup of the book, there are some truly ridiculous statements that will have the reader seriously concerned about the mental health of its creator. Here are just a few examples: Along with suicide, depression lowers your vibration making you not rise spiritually. So, even though depression is not your fault, you are considered lower for experiencing it.By the mid-19th century most Spiritualist writers concurred that the spirit world was of "tangible substance" and a place consisting of "spheres" or "zones". [5] [6] Although specific details differed, the construct suggested organization and centralization. [7] An 18th-century writer, Emanuel Swedenborg, influenced Spiritualist views of the spirit world. He described a series of concentric spheres each including a hierarchical organization of spirits in a setting more earth-like than theocentric. [8] The spheres become gradually more illuminated and celestial. Spiritualists added a concept of limitlessness, or infinity to these spheres. [9] Furthermore, it was defined that Laws initiated by God apply to earth as well as the spirit world. [10] When humans constantly follow the wrong path and show no respect for God, their fellow beings, or nature, a great deal of negative energy builds up. As a result, nature’s response is negative. There is an increase in natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, volcanoes, and so on. This is nature’s way of telling human beings to stop, think and change”. What would your higher self, your enlightened self, advise you? Use this question to tap into your sacred self.

Have faith that all the decisions you make are the correct ones, that will lead you to your enlightenment, even if the results aren't immediately desirable. Believe this and it will be. I don’t know the etymology of the word ”prayer”, and I don’t deny that there is something useful to it (I sometimes engage in prayer myself), and I wouldn’t say nature doesn’t react when we harm it, but this is the kind of nonsense and insanity we are presented with. The book also refers to people as ”you humans” and ”people of Earth” on a regular basis, which is laughable. There is no shortage of ludicrous statements, and I would even go as far as to say most Christian writers of testimony can and often do a lot better than this. Now you have to remember when a drop of water is taken out from the ocean the qualities, the content of ocean remains, but in a smaller amount. Compare it to a real soul; the qualities of God exists in each and every soul may be it be an animal or even a little virus! But those who are neither spiritual seekers nor rationalists but who are concerned about the consequences of rights and wrongs that they have done in this life, this book can give lots of food for thought, introspection and assimilation.

The book host 12 Laws of Spirit, each containing its own chapter. A fictional woman character guides the main character through the woods while teaching him lessons, spiritual lessons, in the process. The examples are displayed through the environment and obstacles they face. Each lesson / law builds upon the one before it. the main character asks questions and inquires on grey areas. The Sage (fictional woman) swiftly paints the answer by forcing him to look within. This dimension consists of various spheres or regions – from dark regions, so called hells, closest to the earth level, to increasingly glorious regions of the spirit heavens of natural love to the Celestial Heavens of the Divine Love. Progression upward occurs as the soul develops in its moral, mental and spiritual qualities. One’s soul condition at the point of death determines one’s initial position in the spirit world. It all happened after the gory death of two smart young men (by name Vispi and Ratoo) as a consequence of an automobile accident that they met with in the year 1985. The peaceful and happy life of Khorshed Bhavanagri and Rumi Bhavnagri, the parents of Vispi and Ratoo (who were living in Mumbai) got shattered overnight due to the accidental death of their beloved sons . The Bhavnagris were thrown into inconsolable sorrow and depression. The departed souls of Vispi and Ratoo could not bear watching from their abode in the spirit world the pain and mental suffering that their most loved parents were undergoing; they wanted to help them; . Through the help of a medium, they reached out to their parents. A large part of the book had an eerie feel to it. I couldn't keep it aside until it was absolutely necessary. But midway through there was a lot of repetition and human-oration to the text, and not so much as a spirit talking to the reader. This is the same principle that applies in case of higher realities, where each soul is like a tiny drop of water being taken out from a massive ocean, in this case, the sea the God, which is infinite!
