The Auctioneer does not represent any Lot as being in a condition which makes it suitable for domestic use. Despite the above, should Buyers intend to supply any Lots for domestic use, they should ensure that the Lots comply with the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 or any other similar law.
