As the UK is south of where the natural aurora belt occurs (Norway/Iceland/Greenland), it takes a severe or extreme geomagnetic storm (Kp8-9+) to bring the belt southwards directly over the UK. This is a very rare occurrence. During more moderate to strong geomagnetic storms (Kp6-7), the Aurora borealis often moves southwards across southern Iceland or towards the Faeroes. These auroras can be faintly visible from the UK because they occur at high altitudes. My most anticipated books have turned into my most my disappointing books this year! I don’t know if my high expectations ruined this for me or it was really not that good. But Amie and Jay gave us the Illuminae Files which I adore and so I expected a bit more from this. But even when I was objective and putting my expectations aside, I think this book had many writing problems.

The easiest way to avoid this move is to cancel it using Flash Bombs. As soon as you see the monster circling the Hunter, get your Flash Bomb ready and throw it immediately!If you want to read a book that is so funny, I suggest you to read this book but I think it's better if you don't expect too much because that's what I did and I was left with disappointment. This subspecies slides and circles around more often than the normal Somnacanth. Keep focused on their position when they have all four legs on the ground. The ice breath is very powerful, causing near-fatal freezing. You can escape up in the air, but focus on circling behind and keeping your distance. There was a lot of telling as book reviewers put it. For me, it felt like the world was just thrust upon the readers and everyone was expected to care about everything that was going on right away. I didn't think that the fact that humans have found other alien species were given enough focus. I was not even aware that this was an intergalactic sort of book. I thought everyone was human (Terran) when I was reading the synopsis. It's like they were trying too hard when it came to writing Cat. It felt like her character was forced into the story just to create that Star Trio and for there to be an unrequited love aspect. Also, a good 50% of her POVs was about how Tyler didn't like her the way she did because they were just "best friends". I'm usually all for the romance in fantasy but we barely even got to experience their friendship or just meer CHARACTER INTERACTION before we found out that, oh wow, she likes him! But I have to admit that I wouldn't have given this book 3 stars if it hadn't been so funny. I would've given it lower than 3 stars. But thankfully the book was funny so I gave it 3 stars instead because the humor was really good. However, the book did not live up to my expectations. I mean I was so excited to read this book that I even squealed and did a happy dance in front of my mom when this book arrived at my house. I was just BEYOND ecstatic you know.The easiest solution is to bring Nulberries and take one everytime you're blighted. Nulberries can be easily gathered in the map or traded in the Argosy.
