About this deal

All pipe clamps have a maximum load bearing capacity, which means you need to select a clamp which is suitable for supporting the load required.

Materials are 316 stainless steel and aluminium. Products range from single port and double port clamps. We also manufacture multi port pipe clamps. All of our pipe clamps include stainless steel fixings. DN Size Pipe Clamps. Cable ladder cable clamps heavy duty. For heavy duty cable clamping . These cable clamps are available in 316L stainless steel and aluminium. The fixings are M8 bolts with nyloc nuts making this clamp shake proof. Half saddle - Unlike full saddle clamps, these possess only one screw hole to secure the pipe in the clamp. The use of non-welded pipe clamps are favourable due to their reliability and strength. Welded components can malfunction under certain conditions. NO welding is involved in the manufacturing of any of our products. Surface treatment - Pipe clamps are often finished with a zinc plating or galvanised to offer added protection against wear and tear. It's worth noting whether a plain, untreated product would suffice or whether a more hardy, coated product is required for your application. To determine what size pipe clamp you need, the most obvious thing you need to take into account is the size of the pipe. This is usually measured in NB (Nominal Bore) or O/D (Outer Diameter). This will determine the diameter of the pipe clamp that you require. See our handy chart below for converting NB pipe sizes. The environment into which your pipe clamp will be installed can affect the type of clamp you should use. For example, if the installation is external and exposed to the weather, this is an important consideration and will more than likely require a pipe clamp with a special coating for corrosion resistance. Many of our standard pipe fixings are available with our special corrosion resistant coating Walraven BIS Ultraprotect for outdoor use. Unlike some other pipe clamp manufacturers, all of our pipe fixings are manufactured within our factories at Walraven. We don’t outsource anything, and so we control the manufacturing process from start to finish. This means we have 100% control over the quality of our products at all times. Temperature variations can cause pipes to expand and contract. If the correct fixings and clamps are not used to take into account the pipe movement due to temperature changes, the installation could fail and cause damage to the building. STAUFF guarantees prompt service, even for customised solutions according to customer’s specifications or based on our in-house development.

Twin saddle - As it sounds, twin saddle pipe clamps allow for two pipes to be secured next to each other by the same clamp. These are more "U" shaped, with an elongated, flat curve. We have been in the pipe fixing business for over 75 years so we have the knowledge and expertise to advise you on how to determine the correct distance between clamps to ensure a safe installation. Compatible pipe diameter - It's crucial that you accurately measure the pipe that you intend to attach to your desired surface. This will ensure that the pipe clamp can hold the pipe in place effectively. Although we specialise in pipe clamp manufacturing, BPC Engineering offer a subcontract presswork service for small batch production. Small parts press work drilling tapping and assembly. We can work with client press tooling or we can design and build tooling to your specifications to produce the components you require. We have a upto date workshop fully equipped with tooling and 8 – 10 tonne pressure presses. You can view our products in the BPC SHOP.At Walraven, we have a huge range of adjustable pipe clamps that fit 99% of known pipe sizes, including clamps suitable to install over insulation. The smallest clamp in our range is 12mm, the largest is 1200mm. Even if your pipe is outside of these sizes we can manufacture custom pipe clamps. Get in touch with us to see how we can help your next pipe clamps project. Saddle clamps work by fixing over the top of half of the pipe, whilst the other half sits on a flat surface.

Type - There are multiple types of pipe clamp to choose from. We've broken down the most common types below: All of our pipe clamps are made from non-ferrous metals. Stainless steel is ideal for use in areas where corrosion is high. Sizes range from 25mm diameter to 48mm. We can adjust the spacing distancing of the clamps to suit your needs. Pipe Alignment Clamps Offset Pipe Clamps The pipe clamps we manufacture have been cold pressed. This gives the advantage over hot pressed components, as the metal does not lose its strength when cold pressed. These clamps are extremely strong and with the added bonus of being 316L stainless steel (corrosion resistant) makes these pipe clamps the perfect choice for your installation. Bespoke Clamps Are Also AvailableThe pipe clamps we manufacture have been cold pressed. This gives the advantage over hot pressed components, as the metal does not lose its strength when cold pressed. These clamps are extremely strong and with the added bonus of being 316L stainless steel (corrosion resistant) makes these pipe clamps the perfect choice for your installation. Their vibration and noise reducing features are appreciated as being an important contribution to environmental protection and occupational health and safety. Corrosive environments are graded from C1 (low levels of corrosion in the environment) to C5 (highest levels of corrosion expected). Walraven manufacture pipe clamps and fixings that are suitable for use in C1-C4 environments.
