You were given the Toniebox and it doesn’t know your Wi-Fi network yet as it was originally installed in another place and/or on another network.

Your repeater may create an additional network with its own login details. Then simply set up the relevant Wi-Fi with the Help ofour setup assistant. If you still can't get any further, please get in touch with our support, giving them your Toniebox ID directly.

Place a Tonie on top of your Toniebox to play stories or songs. Take it off to stop. It’s easy, even for 3-year-olds!Please activate the 2.4 GHz frequency range.
