If you’re looking a puff pastry tart instead then try my Puff Pastry Apple Tart recipe. Ingredients to make Vegan Chocolate Tart Peanut Butter– the obvious hero ingredient in this recipe! I absolutely love it and I am sure you will too! It makes the curry creamy and adds such a delicious flavour and texture. You can use crunchy or smooth! If you have any spare try my 15 Minute Peanut Butter Noodles. Spicy– For a spicycarrotandcoriandersoup, add some chilli flakes or curry powder into the carrot and coriander soup recipe for a touch of spice! Celery– a fundamental ingredient in so many recipes, adds flavours and body to this dairy free fish pie recipe. Dijon Mustard– This provides a subtle amount of acidity that cuts through the creaminess of the sauce

Spicy– I wanted this recipe to be mild, so that everyone can enjoy it. If you are sensitive to spice then reduce or remove the quantity of chilli flakes. However, if spice is your vice then you can increase this quantity! You could even top with some freshly chopped chilli flakes! Ground almonds – these help to create moisture in the cake. They also add a great texture and flavour too. I also use ground almonds to bind my Vegan Meatballs together as it works so well. Ground Coriander– Ground coriander is a floral and citrusy herb that pairs really well with the other ingredients in this recipe. Flour– I have used gluten free self raising flour, but if you aren’t gluten free, standard self raising flour would also work well in the lemon cake.

For an even top, after you’ve added the chocolate mix to the tart tin, give it a few short bangs on to your countertops to pop any air bubbles that may have formed and even out the tops. It all helped build his passion to cook and eat and live as healthily as possible with the resultant improvement in his energy levels.

Rosemary– If you don’t have access to Rosemary, you could substitute this for Thyme which is a similar herb in terms of flavours. Dill – dill has a bright, sweet flavour and compliments all of the other flavours in the dairy free fish pie recipe really well. Pepper– I’ve used a red pepper in this sausage casserole with vegetables, however a green or yellow pepper would also work. You could also add in any other vegetables that need using up, sometimes I add mushrooms or courgettes!Red pepper– This adds some veggies and compliments the flavours. You could use a green or yellow pepper as a substitute. If you have any spare then make my Red Pepper & Tomato Soup. This vegan tart is one of those desserts that look super fancy but in all honestly, only takes a couple of minutes to put together. Rich, creamy, and decadent, this vegan chocolate torte, is such an easy no bake chocolate dessert that will impress your guests! It’s the best last minute dessert that works for holidays, dinner parties, or even a date night if you’re a chocolate lover who can split an entire tart 😉

Paprika – this spice provides a round, woody, smokey flavour that really takes this veggie casserole to the next level! Tomatoes– While you could use canned tomatoes for this, I highly recommend using fresh ones. I like ripe large tomatoes on the vine, but you could use any tomatoes you find at the grocery store.

Aubergine– Due to their similarities, you could substitute the aubergine for another vegetable such as courgette. Spicy –this is a very mild recipe, with no spice. If you wanted to add some extra heat, you could add some chilli flakes to the dough or top with freshly chopped chillies. Nutritional Yeast– this is my hero ingredient for the recipe. It emulates the flavours cheese would normally provide. Its nutty, cheesy and tastes absolutely delicious! You can get it in most supermarkets now in the vegan or free from sections.
