The folks over at Expedition Portal and Outdoor Gear Lab have performed similar-ish tests in the past. Because they are so cheap they make a great option to buy as your first spork to give it a try and see if it is for you. My first ever spork was a plastic spork from Light My Fire. Although it broke a long time ago, I still have one that I use from time to time. And they are usually lighter than titanium, but not as strong. Unless you really do a good job at looking after them, you may break them a lot easier than any of the other materials.
