About this deal

Next consider the same scenario for a porro prism binocular, just like the Nikon E II, with a spacing between the objective centres measured at ~12.5cm, so x increases to 0.0625m

A wide field of view and 7x to 10x magnification models are suited for general nature viewing. Observing whales or birds at longer distances is more comfortable at 8x to 12x magnification. Fieldscopes and Spotting Scopes are recommended for even closer views. Apparent field of view of 70.2 deg (according to simple formula) and 63.2 deg (according to tangent formula).

For a roof prism binocular, assume that the distance between the centres of the objectives is the same as the inter-pupillary distance which is ~6.5cm (0.065m) for my eyes, so half this length, 0.0325m, represents x in the diagram above. What a camera this is. The Nikon Z9 is the firm’s mirrorless professional flagship, a spiritual successor to its single-digit DSLRs like the D5 and D6. For years these cameras were a mainstay of professional sports shooters, and the incredible speedster that is the Z9 continues in that grand tradition, The Nikon Z9 is one of the most sophisticated and capable cameras on the market. Photo credit: Andy Westlake What is the Z30? | Who is it for? | Body and Handling | How is it for vlogging? | Image Quality | Conclusion | Scoring | Specifications The Nikon Z30 is a camera aimed squarely at vloggers. It shapes up as a natural rival to similarly priced vlogging cameras like the Sony ZV-E10, with the same APS-C sensor, though as the Z system is much younger than Sony’s E-mount, you won’t have such a gargantuan selection of optics to choose from.

Production was nearly 50,000 units from 1988 to 1998, so it’s a buyer’s market, see: https://www.birdforu...19&postcount=10 More generally, for a set of links of that I recently posted about older binoculars (including more about the various Nikons) see: https://www.birdforu...ad.php?t=388510 Please complete the form below for a quote - Please be as accurate as possible to help us give an accurate quote.A pipe in the centre where you can try to attach an adapter. You can buy an optional brand name adapter. Nikon also positions this as a solution for streamers who want better video quality on their gaming and live streams, but I don't see it happening. Suppose you're looking for a webcam replacement that will stay in a mostly fixed position on a regular basis. In that case, you're better off going with a used Sony a6XXX series camera or a Canon EOS-M model. Both can be mounted on a tripod with an affordable lens and offer similar image quality for much less than the Z30's retail price. Body, handling & behavior Of course, I'm not sure if Zeiss kept the color balance scheme from the old Conquests or made the HDs closer to the FL/HTs, I'm guessing the light graph has been moved up for better transmission but is probably the same or similar in the red. Either way, you still have more boost in the red with the EII, which will give you the sense of more color saturation.

The button selection Nikon includes is enough to offer all the customization you could want in a camera this size, and the menu is easy to navigate without getting lost. I particularly liked the placement of the two customizable dials: one on the front of the grip beneath the shutter release and a shoulder dial on the rear of the camera near your thumb. They're right where I need them when shooting, and I don't have to fumble around while holding the camera with a single hand. The Z30 is Nikon's third APS-C mirrorless camera to use the company's Z-mount. These smaller sensor models, called 'DX' by Nikon, have all been aimed at young content creators, but the Z30 shows the most commitment to that cause with an emphasis on vlogging and video streaming. Very good. There is a transmission dip for green-yellow light but differences between it and the red light don’t exceed 6%. It is worth noticing that the dip is even shallower than in the 10x35 EII model. A tripod mount is literally supporting the weight of the camera and the lens. A lens mount is not only just supporting the weight of a lens, but when the bayonet is made of plastic, it's supporting a lens that barely weighs anything. There is NO difference. If you somehow damage your camera/lens badly enough to break the plastic mount, the same would've happened with a metal bayonet, but with the potential that it also damages the camera's mount (whereas plastic would just shear off and likely not harm the camera)
