Olmeca tequila is unaged tequila from Jalisco highlands. Olmeca silver or Olmeca Blanco Tequila is from the family of Olmeca brand that is owned by Pernod Ricard from Canada. It was established at 1967. The lineup features three sub brands, Olmeca, Olmeca Altos and Olmeca Tezonand which all are produced from 100% Tohana crushed agave. They are later doubled distilled from Mexican Blue Agave in copper pot stills. They all contain some distillate from juice of agave which has been crushed in the traditional method with a two-ton Tahoma millstone.
