About this deal

Do not wear the rings if you feel any pain. Pain indicates that you are stretching too much or too drastically. To avoid these mistakes, use a ring size that fits snug under the phimotic band, but does not cause any pain. Do not wear the ring for too long, and give your body time to heal between stretches. It is important to not rush this process because over-stretching may lead to inflammation, cuts, and tears. If this occurs, stop stretching immediately and allow your skin to heal completely before resuming stretches. Topical Steroid Creams for Phimosis If you have pinhole phimosis, you may need to do some stretching by other means before you can start wearing the smallest of the Phimostretch rings that starts with 3mm diameter. Steroid creams– these may help to soften the skin and make it easier to stretch the foreskin. Usually, they are applied twice a day to the tip of the foreskin, for a period of four to eight weeks. Even if you have very severe phimosis (with the exception of pinhole phimosis), you can still start with this kit and work your way up. You should graduate from a ring when the phimotic band no longer holds the ring securely in place. Move to the next largest ring and wear it for 45 minutes a day. Repeat this process until the phimotic band can retract over the glans without any resistance.

A decision so big and somewhat risky that it may alter the rest of your life? Your sexual happiness? You can also massage your foreskin while you’re taking a hot bath or shower. The high water temperature helps loosen the skin and makes it easier to stretch. Use a topical steroid cream to help massage and soften the foreskin so that it’s easier to retract. A prescription ointment or cream with 0.05 percent clobetasol propionate (Temovate) is usually recommended for this.

Please note that you need to allow time for the skin to heal and new cells to develop. You should never feel pain while wearing the rings as that is a bad sign. It is a sign that your phimotic band is getting inflamed. In that case, you need to stop wearing it for 3 to 5 days so that your foreskin can heal fully. If it doesn't heal within a few days, try using a Clotrimazole anti-fungal cream. What if the next ring size is too tight?

COMFORTABLE RING SIZE INCREMENTS- The ring diameter increment from one ring to the next has been well thought out, to make it as comfortable to move up to the next ring size as possible. This guarantees no difficulty with progressing further to the next ring when the foreskin loosens up enough with a certain ring size. However, in very rare cases, you may find that you are having difficulty in putting on the next ring size but your current ring size is too loose. If you are noticing this, there is another solution.Leaving phimosis untreated can have risks– if you have phimosis, it can make it very difficult to keep the penis clean which can lead to infection. Once you become sexually active, if you still have phimosis from being a child or develop it, the condition can make erections painful and can prevent you from enjoying a healthy sex life. If you have phimosis, you will also most likely have a sensitive glans. Glans in circumcised males are not as sensitive as with uncircumcised males because it has been consistently exposed to the outside environment and has been desensitized quite a bit as a result.
