There are a few other items besides what you can acquire with Primeval Essences available only during the event. The main attraction of the pre-patch event is the Primalist Invasions, where hordes of Primalist mobs invade specific zones. Invasions happen in 3 zones: Badlands, Northern Barrens and Un'Goro Crater. Uldaman is an ancient titan facility where, long ago, allies of the heroic Keeper Tyr hid the Discs of Norgannon. Primal Storms are the invasion 'portals', be careful not to confuse seeing them on the map with the summoning of an Unbridled Storm Lord. Always look at the color of the Primal Storm icons on the map; or hover over the main one in each invasion zone to see the description text explaining which type of Elemental Lord is being summoned. Let other people do the killing while you just tag all the mobs. Do this as well when the the Elemental spawns in and before the meter drops to 0 so other players can kill the mobs even faster.(Being in a raid reduces exp gains about by half. but kills faster)

Urzeitliche Essenz has a chance to drop from all mobs in a large radius surrounding the Primal Storm areas on the map, and they can be farmed that way. Appropriate mobs will have the Elementerfüllt buff. During the event, swarms of Primalist mobs will spawn in certain areas marked on the minimap. Every 30 minutes or so, a mini-event spawns, where an Elemental Lord will spawn, and nearby mobs will become imbued with the invading element and drop Primeval Essence, the currency for the Dragonflight Pre-Patch event. The boss is surrounded by a shield that is removed by killing 100 imbued mobs in the area. Once the shield is removed, the boss can be killed for loot and more Primeval Essences! Have yet to see any invasions in Tirisfal Glades thus far, regardless of Phase (seems folks in other posts on here are experiencing the same) First think about Primal Elements.
